Orders and payment
Orders are confirmed on WhatsApp. Payment is cash on delivery within Karachi. For advance bookings we may ask for a partial deposit by bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa, which is confirmed in writing.
Delivery
Delivery charges depend on your area and are agreed before dispatch. Please make sure someone is available to receive the pet at the agreed time.
Health and returns
Every pet is vet checked before delivery and comes with its vaccination record where applicable. Live animals cannot be returned once delivered. If a pet falls ill within 48 hours of delivery, contact us immediately so we can help with care and, where appropriate, a replacement.
Photos and descriptions
Photos show the actual animal or a sibling from the same litter. Colour and size can vary slightly as the pet grows.
