What we collect
When you order, request a pet or file a complaint we collect your name, phone number, email (if given) and the details of your message. When you message us on WhatsApp we see your WhatsApp profile and number.
How we use it
Only to respond to you, deliver your pet, and let you know about availability you asked for. We do not sell or share your details with third parties, except delivery riders who need your address.
Cart and cookies
Your cart is stored in your own browser and never sent to us until you order. The admin area uses a login cookie for staff only.
Your rights
Ask us at Ibraheemahmed1979@gmail.com to see or delete the information we hold about you and we will do so within 7 days.
